MRCF would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, November 24th starting at 6:00pm. There will be live music and fantastic theatre performance by our mentors and mentees. We are celebrating our many achievements this year as well as the Forum’s 18th Birthday and we would like you to join us.

That is pity there is no any report about this meeting to show how the meeting went on!
It is interesting that you have managed to gather many immigrants for the event but no report is seen to show how the event was!

I agree with the comment. Unfortunately, it is a common practice to see some organizations promote their events but no report is published after the events to show how the events were performed or whether they have even been run at all!
These reports can be useful for people who could not attend or people who are interested in finding how successful these types of events are!
